How do I receive my ticket?

After payment you receive a digital boarding pass with a QR code, both on-screen and by email. Show it at the jetty.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure on most charters. The exact policy is shown before you pay.

Are the vessels safe and certified?

Yes. Every listed vessel holds valid COF and LGSE certification, verified in partnership with Tempus.
