POPIA & Privacy

Charter South Africa is committed to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This summary explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email, mobile number, booking details and payment confirmation. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

Why we collect it

To process and confirm your booking, issue your digital boarding pass, share the minimum necessary details with the operator fulfilling your experience, and (with your consent) tell you about relevant experiences.

What operators receive

Operators receive only the information required to deliver your specific booking, such as your name, party size and any special requests. They do not receive your full customer record.

Consent

Consent is obtained at the point of booking. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time without affecting bookings already made.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact support@fullstack.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Retention

We retain booking records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Charter South Africa is the data processor for all customer records.
